There are various overseas opportunities including collaboration projects with global partners, international conferences, and overseas office assignments. Business trips and expatriate opportunities are provided depending on the position and project.
The first interview is a competency interview with the working team. The second interview is with executives to assess organizational fit and vision. Online interviews may be conducted depending on the situation.
We provide a 1-2 week onboarding program including company introduction, department orientation, and job training. We also support quick adaptation through a mentoring system.
Yes, we recruit new graduates and interns through biannual regular recruitment and occasional openings. Internships run for 3-6 months, and outstanding interns are converted to full-time positions.
